thois is what i get every time i try to install

I am getting exactly the same for about a fortnight. The error is 0x80070643,
however no info what is the real problem.

To whom are you replying? Are you saying that WinXP Gold (no Service Packs)

Insert your Office 2003 CD into the appropriate drive bay before attempting
to install those updates again.

i don't have a Office 2003 CD, I got this computer with it on already, so i
guess i'll have to get 1 from someplace.
