Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs and select it from the list. Click on Remove.
You don't need to remove the program unless you really want to, the two programs will run side by side without any problems.

I checked out control panel an there is not a remove button on psp9. I can live with that I guess but when when I right click on a picture in my files I would like pspx2 to open it. Is there a way to do this with out going through psp9 album "Grenou" <iamhere@mostofthetime.com> wrote in message news:48a2ee5c$1_2@cnews...

What happens when you click on the Add/Remove Programs>Jasc PSP9? Does it give you the option to install/repair/uninstall?
Start>All Programs>Jasc>Paint Shop Pro 9? Is there no uninstall there either?
If there isn't any such thing, you might have to reinstall and then uninstall.
If you want the X2 files to open with X2, associate them from within the X2 program: File>Preferences>File Format Associations and tick the boxes. Also Control Panel>Folder Options>File Types.
Hope this helps :-)
