I have 1 text box that's paragraph text on a page. The box is too small for
all the text to fit. I click the overflow tab at the bottom once to start
the linking process and then click again on some other point on the page (an
empty area, not anohter paragraph box) to create a 2nd paragraph box for the
overflow to go into. All that works fine except for one annoyance. The new
box fills the entire page. Corel always seems to want to create the new box
whatever page size I have. I even tried clicking off the page. It's still
page size even though it's not on the page. My question is, is there some
setting I can make to have the new paragraph box be the same size as the one
it's created from (or some other size smaller than the page). I know that I
can link to a 2nd already existing box, and I've done that. But when you
don't have one to already link to, it's more work to create one (click the
"A", put text on the page, set the font size and name, change it to
paragraph text..... all too time consuming), than it is to have to resize
the new huge box.

Thanks,

Keith

Keith,

Instead of clicking, you can click and drag to manually size the box. If you
have added guidelines to size the columns, it would be very easy to size the
box exactly as you want.

Geeze. I swear I tried that. I must not have. Seems pretty obviuos if you
think about it. That helps a lot. Thanks for the info. :-)
