I continually receive an update notice for Windows Live Photo Gallery labeled
as important, but when I attempt to update I receive an error message:
Code 524 windows update encounterred an unknown error.
I have looked everywhere and opened every help page I could find and can not
find a solution to the error message. Is anyone else having this issue and
does anyone have a solution. Do I really need to down load this update? Help! |

Depending on the context that could be right:
<cmd_output OS="XPsp2">
E:\>net helpmsg 524
524 is not a valid Windows network message number.
More help is available by typing NET HELPMSG 3871.
E:\>set /a c = 0x524

The specified user already exists.

There is a separate newsgroup for your product.
I suspect this really has more to do with it than with WU.
