Always state your full Windows version (e.g., WinXP SP3; Vista SP1) when
posting to this newsgroup, please.
Possibilities include...
A black screen issue occurs on a Windows Vista-based computer or a Windows
XP Service Pack 2-based computer that has Onekey Recovery 5.0 installed when
you upgrade the operating system
