One way is to : 1) save the file *as* under a new name (this is important ). 2) delete all the sheets you don't want to send from the new file (... because of this ) 3) save again 4) email that file
Obviously, this doesn't work for linked data to the sheets deleted.  In that case, use a new sheet : 1) save the new sheet as a new file 2) copy the sheet you want to send 3) paste as values into the new sheet 4) save Send that file.
