Is it possible to send only one worksheet/tab in an e-mail or is the
entire workbook the only option? Our school district is using Excel
2007 and our secretary would like to be able to send only certain
worksheets to teachers.

One way is to :
1) save the file *as* under a new name (this is important Smile ).
2) delete all the sheets you don't want to send from the new file (...
because of this Smile )
3) save again
4) email that file

Obviously, this doesn't work for linked data to the sheets deleted. Smile
In that case, use a new sheet :
1) save the new sheet as a new file
2) copy the sheet you want to send
3) paste as values into the new sheet
4) save
Send that file.
