I am unable to download a specific file, LINK
This is the install file for the LogMeIn remote control software. I
am
using IE7 and it gives me an error "data area passed to a system call
is too small." it happens as soon as the download begins, so I never
get the file.
I know enough about programming to know what this means
-its a win32 buffer error, but I dont know what to do about it. I am
on xp pro sp2, just got the latest IE7, defragged harddrive. I am
able
to download much larger files from all kinds of web sites with no
problems at all. Vendor's tech support staff has no idea what the
problem is but seems convinced it is with my machine as no one else
has complained.

any ideas on a solution?

Are you attempting to SAVE or RUN the download?

Is SQL Server 2000 installed?
LINK

What anti-virus application or security suite is installed? What
anti-spyware applications (other than Defender)? What third-party firewall
(if any)? Were any of these applications running in the background when you
installed IE7?
