much-improved graphic appearance over the traditional browser version.
Is there a source for scripts that generate custom scrollbars? |

Even if (some of the "major" libraries definitely sport custom
scrollbars), it supposedly will be a pain in the ass for visitors.
Anyway, since it is "common" - read the source of such pages.
