how do I KILL the auto update that start every time I load Draw 12?
that is very annoying. In top of that it opens Internet Explorer when my default browser is FireFox.

I copied this from a previous post from this NG.
Open your file manager (explorer) go to program files/common files/install shield/update service.. Run the ISUSPM program..
Note that if you have previously disabled the program entirely, just opening it will cause it again to run each time Windows starts up.
I use LINK to control such matters; when I visited ISUSPM just now, to check, it advised me that the auto-startup was proposed and allowed me to prevent it.
