How can one view all the characters of a font from within Paint Shop Pro?
I vaguely remember that there is a simple way to do this

Create an image containing all the characters as vector text. Keep
it handy to edit the text to a different font when you want to view
that.

I dunno about seeing all the characters of a font in PSP, not yet found
that one, but I use the MS "Character Map", usually found somewhere like
Run-Programs-System Tools.

I have a shortcut to it on my desktop/backdrop so I can get at it anytime,
for character viewing or insertion.

Cheers
Dave S

A shortcut is nice but <Winkey>Run>"charmap" (without the quotes) gets

the job done too.

You might be thinking of a script that Gary Barton posted,
LaunchCharacterMap. I've attached it, it does have to go into your
Scripts-Trusted folder to run. If you've got FontThing installed I've
also got a script to run that, in fact, that's what I use rather than
Character Map. You can bind either to an icon and throw it into one of
your toolbars to run it with one click. If you want the other script or
need help binding an icon, post back.
