I have recently come across a vertical scroller on this web page:

I would like something similar but i have searched the forums here and, of
course, google but cannot find any tutorials that match my requirements.
Does anyone know of a method of how to do this (preferrably using
actionscript) OR any tutorials that can help me with the development of this?
