I need help urgently. I have XP Professional and IE6. As I opened my laptop just now, there is no internet at all. I normally click the Yahoo Finance on my Quick Launch to monitor my US Stocks. But I get the window saying that the file cannot be found.
I also have the MSN Moneycentral icon on my quick launch, but I get the same result. On my desktop is the original Internet Explorer icon. Clicking that also produces the same result.
Looks like my internet connection is completely gone. The other computers in the home all work fine. Would appreciate immediate help on how to restore back my internet connection. Thanks |

What anti-virus application or security suite is installed? What anti-spyware applications (other than Defender)? What third-party firewall (if any)?
