I work in Windows XP Home Edition and Internet Explorer 6 and am currently unable to print internet pages or selected text thereof. I constantly get the following message: "An error occurred during this operation". Preview works fine.
I have no problem whatsoever printing from the MS Office software programs or from CorelDraw. Can anyone out there help me?
Thanks,
Maureen |

In accordance with instructions, I've downloaded and installed the latest printer driver and run a perfect test page. But I still am unable to print directly from a web page.
Any other suggestions?
Thanks,
Maureen

1 - Try disabling the third-party tool bands and Browser Helper Objects and test. See: LINK "How to disable third-party tool bands and Browser Helper Objects"
2 - Are you running AVG Free Antivirus? Uninstall it (per test) via Add/Remove Programs and then install Avira AntiVir (free), then see if the behavior persists. Avira Antivir: LINK

I've tried everything suggested above (the anti-virus program is n/a) and still nothing works. Anything else I can try?
Thanks,
Maureen

Yes, it is "not applicable" because the antivirus software is run by my Internet Provider and I don't have access.
Thanks,
Maureen

What is your full Windows version (e.g., WinXP SP3), Maureen?
What is your ISP (Internet Service Provider)?
