I have Windows XP Home SP1. When I go to the update page and install SP2,
Internet explorer will not work. I double click the icon and I see the
hourglass for about 2 seconds then it dissappears and Internet explorer
refuses to open. I have tried Internet Explorer 7 and same problem. I have
to revert back to SP1 in order for Internet Explorer to work.
I have tried to update 4 times and the same thing happens every time. I
cannot find any help in the support pages. I hope some IT expert can help
me. |
