I recently networked two computers together as a workgroup through a wireless router using the network setup wizard. Both computers are running XP-SP3. Everything seems to work fine, but in My Network Places on one computer it shows both computers as a Local Network, and on the other computer one is on the Local Network and the other is under the label "The Internet". As I said, everything seems to be working fine now, but will this cause problems in the future? I'm curious about this. Why aren't they under Local Network on both computers? |

They should be. Check the workgroup names and be sure firewalls on both machines are allowing the comms to happen. |
