When I click green call button on Skype, Windows XP crashes immediately. Done
Skype installation and setup so many times on XP and this has never happened.
Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

Uninstall Skype, reinstall it.
Sounds like it has a corrupted file.

Thanks Mike - it was my 2nd installation. I did this for the customer about a
month ago and uninstalled it. Then downloaded the new version - installed it
this month. Same thing happened. I will take your advice and download again
and redo the installation for the 3rd time.

When you uninstall, you should go into the 'Program Files' list and make
sure Skype is no longer there. If still there,delete it and reboot. Then
reinstall.
