I created a form in excel. The area where I wanted the user to enter data I shaded. However, when I print out the document, I don't want to see any of the shading. Is there a way to keep the shading in the document for the user, but not have it show when printed out?
I would appreciate anybodys help
Thanks |

Hi,
Shade the area a very light gray and then when you print choose File, Page Setup, Sheet, Black and White. -- Thanks, Shane Devenshire
