I have tried several times on both my desktop and my laptop. On both machines I get an error message saying, "A device connected to your computer is not functioning." It then stops and undoes what it was doing. The next time I start the computers, there's the update icon again to install SP3. What is going on and how do I fix it? Any help will be appreciated. Oh, I did disable my antivirus program before installing but that didn't solve the problem. Thanks. |
