I want to email a report i made in access 2007 in a word or pdf format. Is
there a way I can add this format to the select format list? or is there
another way to email the report within access quick.

From Microsoft's help:
You can save as a PDF or XPS file from a 2007 Microsoft Office system
program only after you install an add-in. For more information, search for
"Enable support for other file formats, such as PDF and XPS" on Office Online.

You can't add an attachment to an email using SendObject. That's one
of it's many limitations.

Once you install the Access add-in for PDF and XPS output, this
feature is active in Access 2007.
