I created an Employee Emergency Contact Form using Word 2003. Above each request for information I placed a text form field box. I lock the document to prevent changes, and allow employees to fill in the text form field boxes. However, the words and text form field boxes move as text is entered into them. How do I prevent the text from moving on the page? |

The usual approach is to put the text form fields in (borderless) tables with auto resizing disabled and exact row height and preferred column width set.
