I just recently upgraded from PP 2005 and now I can't figure out how to have
several pictures fade in and overlap. If I extend the time line it works, but
then I can't ad other pics. Otherwise it keeps cutting off my voice
recording. Anyone know how to fix this? |

The animation in PPT 2007 works just like the animation in PPT 2003 and
2003. (There is no PPT 2005 that I'm aware of. Oh, but there is also PPT
2004 and 2008 for the Mac.) Access the custom animation pane by clicking
Custom Animation on the Animations tab of the Ribbon. Assuming that you can
fade in images in PPT 2002 or 2003, it will work the same way in 2007.

Do you mean extending the duration of the animation? Why can't you add other
pix?

Okay, now you've added voice recording to the mix. Do you mean you added
narrations using Slide Show | Record Narration?
All in all, I think we need a lot more detail from you. Remember, we can't
see what you're doing there, so we rely on you for specifics.
