Is there something I'm missing? According to LINK
Flash player supports PCM audio. Is this a function of the particular players
I've been trying to use? i.e. does PCM audio require some special coding? Or is
this something inherent in Flash player?

Well, you in no luck. There is no support for 16 bit ADPCM. The max flash can
export is 5bits at 44Hkz.
