Is anybody else having any problems with Crystal Graphics PowerPlug Templates
in Powerpoint 2007? I download the file from their website and then run the
application, but then I can't find the template.
I'd appreciate any help as I'm pulling out my hair!

Thanks, but I have. I've emailed twice with no response and I've tried
calling and they don't answer. That's why I'm reaching out!

I'm guessing it's not installing properly - as the installation isn't
expecting powerpoint 2007 maybe.
Perhaps it's installing in one of the following places...
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Templates\Presentation Designs
or
C:\documents and settings\your username\application data\microsoft\templates
or some other place unique to their product?
Have you tried telling your computer to search for all files ending in
..POT
as that might locate the templates
What is the type of file that you are running to install the product?
Is it an '.EXE' file?
Or is it a .ZIP file?
