Contains Macros Warning

When I open some files, that I have created without (conciously) using
macros, I get the warning message:
"filename.cdr contains macros. Macros may contain viruses. It is always to
disable viruses, but if macros are legitimate, you may lose some
functionality."
I have made some custom menu items, with a custom menu graphic on the
button, that do things like put a .001" white outline around text and
objects and fill them with black, but I didn't think I was creating a macro,
I don't even know how to create a macro.
Is this some kind of glitch in Corel, or did I create a macro without
knowing it?

Thanks
