The HP OfficeJet G85xi won't print the full spectrum of colors that my
monitor is displaying. Have done the following:
1. Changed printers
2. Changed printer ink cartridges
3. Installed new printer driver from HP

How do I get the printer to printer colors other than black or pinkish red?

Thank you

Using a color cartridge whose yellow and cyan inks have not dried out,
will probably fix the issue.

Most printers have a utility for testing and cleaning the print
head. If users would read their MANUALS, they would find out how
to use the bloody things.

Why ask here? What does this have to do with XP? Nothing.

Ask elsewhere
