My ultimate goal is to be notified once an employee views their assignment
via form. I considered two option add an email button to notify me assignment
viewed however they would have to inform me which assignment they are
selecting (which sucks!) or I will send the form to them via table by collect
Data option but with that once the email is formed they cant see the read
only fields to make sure they are notifying me of the right job. Is their a
better method or is their a way to make the fields appear once their emailed.
