Help!
I cannot install Windows Vista Service Pack 1 (KB936330). I have McAfee. Here is my fact pattern: (a) I disabled everything I could on McAfee (without actually uninstalling it) (b) The very first error code I received was E0000100 (c) I ran the System Update Readiness Tool (it didn’t solve my problem) (d) I tried to install Vista SP1 manually and via Windows Update (neither worked)
What do I do? (And don’t say, “Buy an Apple”) |

I tried the free help from microsoft and still I can not install the service pack, does anyone have any other ideas. I think I tried everything besides getting rid of vista all together.
